Convention Exhibitors

The ACC-GTM Convention is pleased to welcome back exhibitors to our San Diego Convention. 

This form will allow you to reserve your space in our Exhibitor Hall. The cost for a booth and meal package is $600. Meals included: Monday dinner;  Tuesday lunch and dinner; and Wednesday lunch and dinner. If you do not want the meal package, please contact Rachel in the ACC office. 

Upon receipt of this reservation, you will receive one additional form for our tour company, Ayelet Tours. It will be required for your meal selections and hotel reservation. Hotel rooms are $260/night inclusive or tax. Upon receipt of this form, you will be sent the codes and instructions for the tour company registration. 

All exhibitors also receive a full slide in our tribute slide show shown throughout the convention. More information will be sent upon registration.

   Convention Exhibitor Space (single space including meals) (Late fee $850)
   Additional Exhibitor Staff Meals (Late $650)
   Single booth space only (no meals) (Late $350)
   ACC-GTM Member Exhibitor Space (Late $200 and requires convention registration)
   Additional tables (Late $350)
If not sharing hotel rooms, each staff person will be required to register separately in the Ayelet Tours system. 

The ACC-GTM Convention relies upon the generosity of our partners, local business, our friends, supporters, and members to financially support our events. We invite you to show your support to our organization by sponsoring a portion of our convention. All underwriting helps to make our conventions more affordable for our members. Thank you in advance for your generous support. 

The Fine Print

Convention fees are fully refundable until May 15, 2023. Should the pandemic or City of San Diego meeting restrictions make coming together impossible, all registration fees will be refunded. 

Cancellations for any other reason: After May 16, 2023, and before June 1, 2023: registration fees are refundable less a $75 processing fee. Registrations canceled as of June 2, 2023 are not refundable. ALL DATES ARE DATES OF RECEIPT BY THE ACC OFFICE. Email convention@accantors.org for cancellation assistance.

Hotel cancellation information will be provided by Ayelet Tours. 
By checking the box "yes," I authorize the ACC/GTM Convention committee and their vendor of choice to record, duplicate, and sell my presentation(s) given at the 2023 ACC/GTM Convention. CDs and/or MP3s may be made available on site and by mail order after the Convention to Convention attendees and ACC and GTM members. Further information will be available closer to the Convention.
