Associate Member Acknowledgment

By applying for Associate Membership in the ACC, I have read, and hereby agree to abide by the ACC's governing documents. I also understand that I am required to complete the two-year hadracha program to be elevated to Regular Membership in the ACC. I understand the rules regarding placement as governed by the JCPC.

List of required materials for your application. Materials can be uploaded or sent to the ACC office.
  • A current copy of your resume
  • Proof of the candidate’s Baccalaureate degree (or its equivalent)
  • Proof of the candidate’s Master's degree
  • Proof of ordination from one of the accepted seminaries listed on the ACC website
  • Two letters of recommendation from current members in good standing of the ACC who are familiar with the candidate’s personal qualities and professional work.
  • Two letters of recommendation from individuals with whom the candidate has worked in a professional capacity.
  • Two letters of recommendation from individuals with whom the candidate has a personal relationship.
  • A personal essay (see website for full details)
  • A non-refundable $500 application fee (due within 10 days of submitting application or no later than November 1)
  • A $150 testing fee (due 10 days before the date of the in-person exam)
Upon completing your application, the External Membership Committee will ask you to sit for a short interview to confirm your eligibility for members.
